Need
Concho currently has no local resource for building materials. Residents must travel to a big box store in Show Low, Ace Hardware in St Johns or DoItBest in Springerville. 

Why
Having a local, value priced supplier of building material will help encourage local development, as well as provide residents with a source of supplies nearby for home repairs. 

Benefit
With a building supply store in place, the community can be encouraged to grow.

Cons
Lack of having such a store in Concho.

Ideal Model
A supply of building materials including lumber, concrete products, roofing, fencing, tools and ability to order items not carried in the store.
